Relaxation/ Nervous System Regulation Massage
This specialized treatment is designed to shift your body out of "fight-or-flight" and into a state of deep, restorative recovery. Using an incredibly slow tempo, light broad compressions, and gentle rhythmic movements, this session targets the superficial muscles where daily stress accumulates; specifically the head, neck, shoulders, and back. By calming a hyper-reactive nervous system, we allow stubborn muscle guarding to melt away naturally without the need for painful pressure.
Best for: Chronic stress, mental burnout, insomniacs, sensory overwhelm, tension from daily sitting, and those who prefer a gentle but profoundly effective approach.
Optional:
-
Complimentary Dynamic Cupping: Available upon request to gently decompress the fascia using light, soothing suction.
-
Hot Towel Therapy: Applied to the feet at the start of the session to cleanse the skin and immediately signal the brain to relax, with a final warm towel on the back to complete the treatment.
Therapeutic & Mobility Massage
This high-performance session bridges the gap between deep tissue relief and functional movement. By blending advanced orthopedic techniques with sports mobility, we look at the body as a whole system to break up chronic tension, improve posture, and speed up recovery.
Best for:
-
Chronic pain, persistent tightness, and postural imbalances.
-
Accelerating recovery after intense training or physical labor.
-
Improving flexibility, joint tracking, and overall movement quality.
What to Expect:
-
Advanced Modalities: A customized blend of Deep Tissue & Myofascial Release, Sports Mobilization, Trigger Point Therapy, PNF Stretching, Joint Mobilization, and Positional Release.
-
Complimentary Dynamic Cupping: Available upon request to gently decompress tissues and improve fascial glide.
-
Hot Towel Therapy: Applied to the feet at the start of the session to cleanse and relax the nervous system, with a final warm towel on the back to complete the treatment.

Thai-Inspired Passive Stretch Therapy
Experience the profound benefits of total body decompression without the traditional massage strokes. Drawing from the ancient principles of Thai Yoga Massage and modern orthopedic joint mobilization, this dynamic session is designed to restore structural balance, unlock stiff joints, and lengthen tight muscle chains.
The client remains fully clothed while the therapist utilizes deep, broad rhythmic compressions to warm and loosen major muscle groups like the calves and hamstrings. Once the tissue is primed, we transition into gentle, passive stretches, and joint mobilization. By taking 100% of the weight of your limbs, we bypass your body's natural guarding mechanisms to safely reset muscle length and drastically expand your range of motion.
Best for: Chronic stiffness, desk workers, athletes looking to improve performance, those recovering from intense workouts, or anyone wanting a dedicated flexibility session.
*IMPORTANT
Please wear loose-fitting, comfortable athletic clothing (sweatpants/leggings and a t-shirt) to this session. No oils or lotions are used, allowing for secure grips and seamless structural stretching.

Foot & Calf Restoration
This specialized treatment is the perfect blend of deep, structural therapeutic work and traditional Thai reflexology. Designed for those who spend long hours on their feet, athletes, or anyone suffering from conditions like plantar fasciitis and chronic calf tightness, this session treats the feet as the foundation of your entire body's movement.
We begin by wrapping the feet in hot towels and using grounding reflexology points like the solar plexus reflex to immediately calm the nervous system. From there, we transition into deep, targeted structural therapy to release the plantar fascia, achilles tendon, and hyper-toned calf muscles. Using dynamic myofascial cupping to lift tightly bound facia, flush out the metabolic waste and relieve tension in the arches. The session finishes with Thai-inspired toe mobilization and long, sweeping line flushes to integrate the nervous system and leave you feeling completely grounded.
Best for: Plantar fasciitis, stiff ankles, tight calves, runners, manual laborers, and anyone looking for full-body stress relief through the feet.

Ashiatsu (coming soon)
Ashiatsu massage is a unique type of massage where the therapist uses their feet to apply deep pressure and long strokes on your body. It's like a combination of massage and acupressure. The therapist holds onto bars on the ceiling for balance and uses their feet to provide a deep and therapeutic massage.
Best for: People who prefer deep pressure and want to release tension and tight tissues.
